Where are you located?

We're based in Markham, Ontario — right in the heart of Canada's cottage country corridor. Dock O'Clock™ hits at approximately the same time for all of us.

Are your products made in Canada?

Our products are designed in Canada and produced by a network of trusted Canadian makers. Every piece is made to order — meaning it's created specifically for you when you buy it, not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust.

What's your shipping policy?

We ship across Canada and the United States. Because our products are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production plus shipping. Worth the wait, we promise.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 5–10 business days from order date. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Canadian lake time applies — good things take a moment.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.

What's your return policy?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, we'll make it right immediately. Just reach out to us at hello@sapsuckers.ca with a photo and your order number.

What is the Sugar Bush Club?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of your order, reach out to us at hello@sapsuckers.ca and we'll look into it right away.
