Refund Policy

Every Sapsuckers® order is made or packed specifically for you. Apparel and gear are printed to order, and Maple Syrup Kits are assembled by hand in small batches in Markham, Ontario. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including sizing. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email info@sapsuckers.ca with your order number. Apparel and gear enter production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sapsuckers.ca with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to return the item unless we ask.

Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will trace it or replace it.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
