Shipping policy

Sapsuckers Shipping Policy

 

All Sapsuckers products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Each item is custom-printed for you after your order is placed.

 

Production Time

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, major promotions), production times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Times (after production)

Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days

 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, USPS, and other carriers selected by Printful based on your location.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at tbrunt@sapsuckers.ca within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
