We want you to love your Sapsuckers® gear. Here’s everything you need to know about getting it to your door — and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Markham, Ontario, Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Canada only. We do not offer international or US shipping at this time, but stay tuned — we may expand in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote and northern communities may take a bit longer.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We’ll look into it and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Just email us with your order number and what you’d like instead.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Are there any final sale items?
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale and clearance items may also be final sale — check the product listing for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@sapsuckers.ca with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re sorry — and we’ll fix it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
